Small Works

These works function as both studies and finished pieces—places where I follow a favorite material, a color palette, or an idea I want to explore. Often made while traveling or working away from the studio, they are made with layers of paper, water-based paint and ink, pencils and pastels—whatever I can carry with me. Rooted in the same process as my larger work, they feel like field notes gathered along the way.
